Project Description
The Central Tacoma Treatment Plant’s $79 million dollar upgrade and expansion project was awarded to MWH Constructors.
Scope of Work
SCL headed up the Contracts Administrative office set-up and program administration. The SCL team was responsible for the program business plan development and implementation, outreach, program document controls, development of the central database designed to provide statistics and progress reports; recorded, retrieved, and provided daily updates; reported and assisted sub- contractors and consultants to achieve EEOC requirements.
